3a. Plan
You can begin using GAITS by planning your project using specific deliverables in the four different domain areas.
As an example, lets begin by completing a deliverable in the Clinical Need milestone and Market/Business domain.
Click on “Plan/Track” tab.
Locate and select the “Clinical Need” milestone.
Select a radio button under the Market/Business domain - in this example we will choose the first one on the list.
You will be taken to the deliverable overview screen which explains what the deliverable is, why its important, and how to accomplish the task. Find the "Planning" section and begin your project planning by entering data into the fields.
Click “Save” to save your work or "Reset" to clear the data.
Helpful resources will appear at the bottom of the page to help you complete each deliverable.
