3b. Track
You can use GAITS to track project specific deliverables in the four different domain areas.
As an example, lets begin by completing a deliverable in the Clinical Need milestone and Market/Business domain.
Click on “Plan/Track” tab.
Locate and select the “Clinical Need” milestone.
Select "Update status" box under the Market/Business domain - in this example we will choose the first one in the list.
You will be taken to the deliverable overview screen which explains what the deliverable is, why its important, and how to accomplish the task. Find the "Tracking" section and begin your project planning by entering data into the fields.
Click “Save” to save your work or "Reset" to clear the data.
Helpful resources will appear at the bottom of the page to help you complete each deliverable.
When you have completed your data input, navigate back to the Healthcare Innovation cycle by clicking "Plan/Track". You will see sections of the wheel filled in representing the progress made toward completing the milestones.
Continue tracking deliverables by navigating back to the main Healthcare Innovation Cycle page and selecting the main milestone header or selecting a cell within the four domains.
